Elin Sandal, embarked on a mission to share her profound passion for self development and a variety of practices that promote overall well-being. As a certified fitness instructor, life coach and nutrition. Elin’s commitment to her mission to help women in all their lifes journey. Elin is also a motivational speaker and have spoken at the London event “The best you” Elin Sandal is currently living in Alicante, Spain. She has been hosting fitness retreats since 2012.

True Osnes
- Trude Osnes is a teacher at heart, and currently works as one of few Face Yogateachers and Gua Sha instructors in Norway. About 3 years ago she developed a uniqye basci 8 weekprogram in Face Yoga.
Here we focus on stress management, lifestyle and Face Yoga. Due to an injury, she herself has had to find new ways to live her life.
Focusing on holistic health, meditation, and taking care of both the inside and the outside of the body has given enormous results in handling everyday life again. Well-being can be practiced wherever you are in the world.
